TextWare is a high-speed, full-text retrieval product which allows immediate access to any word or group of words in an indexed text file (called a CardFile), regardless of the size of the CardFile.
TextWare also allows the use of wildcards and certain boolean operators (AND, OR, and ANDNOT) to conduct complex searches. Phrase and Proximity searches further narrow the search criteria.
To perform a search, click on the Search icon. Enter the word(s) and any operators. TextWare will immediately find all matching occurrences of the search words.
Text may also be displayed sequentially, one Card at a time, by using the Next Card and Previous Card buttons (arrows) in the Navigation Panel or Navigation menu.
